All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and product names displayed on this website and affiliated media are the exclusive property of Tumeke Innovation Ltd or its licensors. These marks include but are not limited to:

• Logo designs, custom fonts, and graphic elements

• Taglines, slogans, and marketing phrases

• Software and platform names

• Narrative IP and character names unique to Tumeke products

Tumeke’s trademarks are protected across:

• Game development and simulation platforms

• Social Media and Transmedia Publications
• Third party redistribution of Tumeke created media

• Digital storytelling, interactive fiction, and serialized media

• AI-assisted narrative and object modeling environments

• Software tools, logic engines, and backend infrastructure

• Cultural representation and speculative design aligned with kaupapa Māori

Without written permission from Tumeke Innovation Ltd authorized parties, third parties may not:

• Use, replicate, or adapt any Tumeke-owned term or glyph

• Integrate these marks into brand, product, domain, or taglines

• Publish derivative works using our protected names or systems

• Present affiliation or endorsement in any promotional context

Limited, contextual use of terms such as “Dryrunners™” or “Tanikrātos™” may be allowed in reviews, analysis, or community engagement—provided that:

• Usage clearly attributes the terms to Errata or Tumeke Studio

• No commercial or misleading branding occurs

• No standalone product lines, merchandise, or game systems are derived from these names without express permission

All licenses must be formalized through a written agreement approved by the Tumeke board.

Names of third-party services or companies appearing on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Any mention is for descriptive or comparative purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Tumeke Innovation Ltd views its marks not only as legal instruments, but as cultural signifiers grounded in mana motuhake and collective authorship. The terms Dryrunners™, Mokutai™, and Tanikrātos™ are taonga in narrative form. Their use, meaning, and representation are part of a curated cultural context that we hold with care.

We will actively defend these terms from appropriation, dilution, or misuse.
