Users, contributors, or testers participating in early access features acknowledge that stability, consistency, and data preservation are not guaranteed.

Tumeke Innovation Ltd is an early-stage studio actively developing its core products, services, and platform infrastructure. All content, representations, timelines, and feature sets described across this site and related materials reflect current design intent and in-progress development.

We are a kaupapa Māori-led startup operating under constrained resources. Product scope, team composition, business models, and delivery pipelines may evolve over time. Engagement with Tumeke, whether via collaboration, testing, or funding inquiry, should be based on an understanding that we are not a commercial publisher or enterprise-scale operator.

Any external expectations should be tempered by the reality that we are building new systems, grounded in cultural values, under conditions of innovation and experimentation.

Tumeke’s narrative universes and archetypes, including Errata™, Clone Kings™, Makutai™, Tanikrātos™, and Dryrunners™, are speculative works that blend technology, culture, fantasy, and politics. These are artistic constructs and do not represent literal historical reconstructions or universal truths.

We strive for respectful engagement with Māori and Indigenous knowledge systems. However, fictional elements are created for thematic exploration and do not replace or override tikanga, whakapapa, or community authority.

If you contribute content (including text, code, ideas, feedback, or media), you grant Tumeke Innovation Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute that content unless otherwise specified in writing.

We reserve the right to reject, archive, or delete unsolicited contributions at our discretion.
