The vaults still call. Automata still function. And the Clone Kings still offer their favor to those who act without hesitation—who take what is useful, and discard the rest.
To extract is not simply to consume. It is to calculate. To weigh every system, every object, every person for what they can yield. It is the pursuit of advantage without apology. The forces of Extraction grant tools, protection, and power to those who move first and strike hardest. But their price is embedded in every structure, every silence, every scar left behind.
This path is no less real than Tiaki. No less human.
This is the fundamental choice of Errata. Not good. Not evil. But what kind of human will you strive to become?
It’s your journey. It’s your choice.
Every system the player reclaims, every creature they sacrifice, every ruin they strip, and every oasis that’s fortified—each act feeds Extraction, or fights against it. Or skirts its edge, in the grey zone where power and necessity entangle.
The world responds. In Errata, nothing is taken without a trace.
